The beauty from Vinh entered the final round of Miss Vietnam 2018
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of July 22, at Binh Minh Square, Cua Lo town, the Miss Vietnam 2018 contest held the Northern final round. As a result, 25 girls entered the final round of Miss Vietnam 2018, including Dinh Phuong My Duyen from Vinh city.
Attending the final night, on behalf of Nghe An province, there was comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Miss Vietnam 2018 is the largest contest ever organized. The final round takes place in two localities with tourism development potential of the country: Binh Dinh and Cua Lo town (Nghe An). The contest organizers hope that the beauty pageant will make a practical contribution to the economic, social, cultural and tourism development of the localities.

This year is the first time Cua Lo town has hosted the final round of the contest. This is an opportunity for the town to widely promote the image of a green-clean-beautiful, friendly, hospitable coastal tourist city... The program was broadcast live on VTV6 and rebroadcast on 13 local television stations nationwide.

There were 38 contestants participating in the Northern final round. They successfully passed the preliminary round, underwent anthropometric tests, performed and had a direct dialogue with the judges. Among them were 2 representatives of Nghe An province: Ngo Thi Dieu Ngan and Dinh Phuong My Duyen.
The final night had the theme of “Wood”. The music, dance and stage performances were imbued with the Northern folklore as well as the intangible cultural heritage of Nghe An - Ha Tinh. The music and dance performances featured famous singers such as Thanh Lam, Elvis Phuong, Duong Hoang Yen, Yanbi, Yen Le, Khanh Linh, Minh Ngoc, Luu Hien Trinh, Do Tung Lam, Bui Le Man...
In the final round, the contestants had to go through 3 rounds: Ao Dai, swimsuit and evening gown to choose the best face to enter the final night. The beauty who won the highest title of Miss Vietnam 2018 will receive a prize of 500 million VND and will be the candidate chosen to represent Vietnam in the world beauty arena.

Before the final round took place, 38 contestants had time to practice from July 12 to 22 in Cua Lo and participated in many meaningful community activities such as: offering flowers and incense at the President Ho Memorial House in Kim Lien National Relic Site; participating in "Collecting, picking up trash and placing trash bins" in the coastal area; decorating signs with the theme "Keep the sea blue" with seashells and pebbles.

As a result, the Jury has selected 25 Northern contestants to participate in the Miss Vietnam 2018 Final. Among these 25 beauties is contestant Dinh Phuong My Duyen (Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City).
