(Baonghean.vn) - On the first day of the session, 15 voters sent their opinions via the hotline; of which 7 opinions were in the fields of land management, compensation, and site clearance; 4 opinions were in the fields of construction and traffic management; 4 opinions were in the fields of finance, industry and trade, education, and internal affairs.

At the 14th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2025, the Provincial People's Council organized three online telephone lines to receive comments and recommendations from voters and people in the province.

On the first day of the session, 15 voters sent their opinions via the hotline; of which 7 opinions were in the fields of land management, compensation, and site clearance; 4 opinions were in the fields of construction and traffic management; 4 opinions were in the fields of finance, industry and trade, education, and internal affairs.

On land management, compensation and site clearanceVoters of Thai Hoa town reflected that the cultural house area of ​​Kim Tan block, Hoa Hieu ward is too narrow, only 120m2.2Suggest that all levels pay attention to arranging other locations to meet the needs of the block's population of more than 2,000 people.

Voters of Quynh Luu district requested competent authorities to resolve and respond to the petition of 80 households reflecting on the appropriation of public land for forest planting in hamlet 2, Quynh Tam commune.

Some voters in Vinh city, Thai Hoa town and Hung Nguyen district requested that the authorities inspect and handle land disputes and issue certificates of land use rights for residential and production land, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.

In the field of transportation and construction, voters of Quynh Luu district proposed that the province pay attention to upgrading and repairing the raw material road from Quynh Tam commune to Quynh Chau commune, which is currently degraded and seriously damaged.

Voters in Vinh city also requested that authorities urgently repair damaged street lights at the 35m road intersection with the 72m road in Nghi Duc commune, to ensure safety for traffic participants.

Voters of Thai Hoa town requested the authorities to clarify the reason why the location and facilities of the old Mien Tay Technical and Economic Vocational College were not used to build the second Employment Service Center, but instead a new one had to be built, causing waste of the State budget.

Voters of Hung Nguyen district requested the province to inspect and thoroughly resolve voters' recommendations and reflections related to the implementation of the Vinh Hang Ecological Cemetery project.

In the fields of finance, industry and trade, and internal affairs, Vinh city votersPropose the Provincial People's Committee to develop a project to establish a credit guarantee fund for small and medium enterprises; at the same time pay attention to accompanying and removing difficulties for small and medium enterprises to develop sustainably.

Some voters of Thai Hoa town and Nam Dan district proposed to arrange the position of deputy block/hamlet leader to facilitate work in blocks and hamlets; timely payment of State benefits for people with revolutionary contributions; and clarify to voters the roadmap for upgrading the Western Technical Economic Vocational College to college.

Urge to resolve voters' petitions

The reflections and recommendations of voters sent to the Provincial People's Council via the online telephone line at the 14th Session were publicly announced by the Session Secretary at the session; at the same time, the results of handling the opinions, recommendations and proposals of voters that were received via the online telephone line at the regular session at the end of 2022 - the 11th Session, the 18th Provincial People's Council were reported.

Specifically, at the 11th session, the Provincial People's Council received 47 opinions and recommendations from 51 voters. Immediately after the session ended, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council issued 20 documents forwarding voters' opinions and recommendations to the Provincial People's Committee, provincial departments, branches and sectors and People's Committees of districts, cities and towns for settlement according to their authority.

Up to now, 20/20 agencies and units have responded in writing, of which 15 opinions have been resolved; 13 opinions have been explained and informed to voters; 19 opinions are in the process of research and consideration.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee, provincial departments and branches, and People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to continue to pay attention to and promptly resolve voters' legitimate opinions and recommendations in the coming time.
