(Baonghean.vn) - Many plain districts in Nghe An such as Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc, Dien Chau... have auctioned hundreds of land lots, especially at the end of the year.
As a suburban district, the real estate market in Hung Nguyen has not been prosperous for many years due to the large land fund of Vinh city and the lack of strong economic development in the area. However, in 2019, Hung Nguyen successfully organized an auction of land use rights, of which the town had the most with 61 lots, the communes of Hung My had 21 lots, Hung Thong had 15 lots, Hung Tan had 13 lots, Hung Phu had 7 lots, Hung Nhan had 16 lots, Hung Chau had 04 lots, Hung Long had 35 lots, Hung Xa had 01 lot... A total of 165 lots brought in 150 billion VND, an increase of 70 billion VND compared to 2018.

To increase the local budget, Nghi Loc also resolutely auctioned land use rights (LUR). The district successfully auctioned 388/412 land lots in 19 communes and towns, with a total auction winning amount of VND 187.9 billion, contributing to raising the local budget revenue in 2019 to VND 376.205 billion.
In Dien Chau district, the summary shows that indirect auctions of land use rights were organized for 444 lots in 25 communes, with a total area of 91,609.7 m2.2The total auction winning amount is 265.88 billion VND.
The district also auctioned land by secret ballot, thus limiting the rampant land brokers as before, the average auction price exceeded the starting price by about 23% (49.8 billion VND). The district also allocated land by valuation in Dien Lam, Dien Nguyen, Dien Phuc communes and the Dien Thanh Commune Commercial Housing Project with an area of 43,073 m2.2, budget payment of 49.7 billion VND.
Nghia Dan also auctioned 89/103 planned land lots in Nghia Lien and the town collected 33.49 billion VND.
However, some localities still auction land directly, so the situation of land brokers has not been completely eliminated.
According to the tax sector's report, in 2019, the province's land use fee collection reached 3,500 billion VND, reaching 148.3% of the estimate and equal to 100.3% over the same period, including revenue from land auctions in the localities, this revenue accounts for a significant proportion of the total local budget revenue.
