The roads in the communes of Tam Son, Thanh Son, Binh Son, and Tho Son are still cut off; it is impossible to travel from the district center to these localities.

In areas where water recedes, focus on cleaning, repairing houses, clearing drainage systems, and stabilizing life. Pay attention to environmental sanitation, disinfection, and disease prevention after floods.
Although the water has receded, as of this writing,in Tuong Duong districtMany households in Tam Quang, Tam Thai, Luu Kien, Xa Luong communes and Hoa Binh town are still deeply flooded with mud; some National Highway 7A routes and bypasses, and Lam River embankments are still deeply flooded due to mud and soil, making it impossible to clear the route.
According to statistics, there are still nearly 20 households living along the Lam River embankment in Hoa Binh town that are isolated due to the heavy flow of mud from upstream, slow water level receding, making it very difficult to overcome.
