(Baonghean.vn) - With the theme "Aspiration for reform", prisoners at Prison No. 3 presented vivid and colorful paintings to express the dreams and aspirations of people who once made mistakes.
Prison No. 3 (General Department VIII - Ministry of Public Security), located in Nghia Dung commune, Tan Ky district, currently has over 3,000 prisoners serving their sentences. The unit's characteristic is that it only has male prisoners, however, according to Major Dao Anh Son - Deputy Warden of Prison No. 3, there are many "mysterious factors" in the prison, with many different talents.
In addition to the art troupe, which includes prisoners with singing and dancing talents that are no less than those of female prisoners, some other prisoners also have special talents in fields such as sculpture, construction, and especially painting.
