The ceremony of handing over, receiving and seeing off new recruits to the army took place at the Provincial Labor Culture House (Vinh city). Many relatives and friends came to see off the new recruits and put their trust in the young soldiers who are always active in training, ready to perform combat duties to protect the Fatherland, and soon complete their duties to return to their families and hometowns.
