Nghe An's sleeper bus burned down under the hot sun
(Baonghean.vn) - At 11:30 a.m. today, June 20, a sleeper bus of a bus company in Hoa Son commune, Do Luong district (Nghe An), license plate 37B-023.40, was traveling from Hanoi to Nghe An to Nguyet Vien bridge (Thanh Hoa) when it suddenly caught fire.

While driving on the road, the driver noticed smoke coming from the front of the car. The driver quickly got out of the cab to check, but suddenly a fire broke out. All passengers were able to get out of the car in time.

The driver, the bus conductor and some passengers used mini spray bottles on the bus to put out the fire, but the fire was too strong and they could not put it out. The weather was extremely hot, the fire grew more and more, engulfing the entire sleeper bus.

Upon receiving the news, Thanh Hoa Fire Police dispatched two fire trucks to the scene to put out the fire. However, the car was almost completely burned down.
The damage to the bus company has not yet been estimated./.
