Visiting and congratulating officers and soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard Command, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized the deep concern of the political system, Party committees, authorities at all levels, departments, branches and people for the soldiers in green uniforms; at the same time, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and specific results of the Provincial Border Guard force in the process of performing its tasks, effectively contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that, through the process of building, fighting and growing, the province's armed forces have continuously grown stronger. Regardless of the circumstances, whether on the arduous and fierce journey of fighting or in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, the province's armed forces have always been absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people, achieved many glorious feats, excellently completed all assigned tasks, and are truly the core force and reliable support of Party committees at all levels, the government and the people of all ethnic groups in the province.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also assessed that the Border Guard force has well implemented the Conventions and commitments, coordinated with the Border Guard force of the neighboring country of Laos, built, consolidated and promoted a peaceful, friendly border, and cooperated for mutual development with the neighboring country of Laos; at the same time actively prevented and combated crimes in border areas on land and at sea; coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to build a strong and comprehensive political base system; at the same time, done well in mass mobilization work, helping people develop socio-economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty; prevent, combat and overcome natural disasters, search and rescue, etc., contributing to clarifying the qualities and beautifying the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, worthy of the trust and love of the Party, State and people.

In the coming time, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu hopes that the Border Guard force will continue to promote the glorious tradition of the industry, constantly train and improve political mettle, professional qualifications, build a strong, elite, gradually modernized unit and force, well perform combat readiness tasks; unite as one, steadfast on the front line of the Fatherland.

Along with that, continue to be proactive, flexible, and creative in advising the Party Committee on building and improving leadership capacity and the ability to deploy military and defense tasks. Continue to work with localities to perform well political tasks in the area, successfully achieve the goals of socio-economic development, party building, and building the political system at all levels.
