Trung Thinh hamlet is located 7km from the center of Nghia Trung commune with a total natural area of ​​225 hectares, most of which is hilly land and forest land that is difficult to cultivate. Therefore, this place was once considered one of the "low points" of Nghia Dan district in socio-economic development.

The hamlet has 820 people, 53% of whom are Thai.

To help localities gradually escape poverty and stabilize their lives, the Party, government and Fatherland Front at all levels have had many support and companionship programs to improve people's lives.

Thanks to that, many economic models, typical in the movement to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, have been formed. In particular, currently in the hamlet, 55 hectares of sugarcane, 23 hectares of rice fields and dozens of hectares of forest protection and development have been developed.

By 2019, the total production value of Trung Thinh hamlet reached 24.6 billion VND, the average income per capita reached over 30 million VND/year. Of which, rich and well-off households accounted for over 37.5%; poor households decreased to only 0.5%. The new rural movement was implemented synchronously, people enthusiastically contributed human and material resources to upgrade more than 400m of inner-village roads, 360 million VND and nearly 650 working days to complete many important items.

Sharing joy with the cadres and people of Trung Thinh hamlet, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien affirmed that the organization of the National Great Unity Day has become a beautiful cultural feature, meaningful in the lives of the people. This is not only an opportunity to meet, exchange, and launch emulation movements, but also a democratic forum to gather and promote the strength of all organizations and individuals, uniting together to build an increasingly prosperous and civilized residential area.

Recognizing and praising the results that Trung Thinh hamlet has achieved in recent years, comrade Cao Thi Hien requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and local organizations to continue to effectively implement the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", contributing to building a residential community that develops in all aspects, constantly improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

In addition, it is necessary to maximize the people's ownership, encourage people to uphold the spirit of solidarity, help each other develop the economy, expand production and business, participate in association and cooperation with enterprises and production establishments to develop a variety of new industries and services to create more jobs and increase income.

More importantly, it is necessary to do a good job of propagating and disseminating widely among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life the guidelines, lines and policies of the Party and State, especially new guidelines and policies to create high consensus and unity. Thereby contributing to strengthening people's trust in the leadership of the Party and State, and the direction and management of local Party committees and authorities.

On this occasion, comrade Cao Thi Hien donated 40 million VND to support Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh's family - a household with especially difficult circumstances to build a "great solidarity" house; and gave 10 gifts to 10 poor households in the hamlet.
