Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long visited and wished a Happy New Year to medical staff on duty on New Year's Eve.

On the evening of January 21 (ie the 30th day of Tet), the People's Committee of Nghe An province organized a delegation to visit,wish a Happy New Yearteam of doctors, nurses and medical staff on duty at theHospitalGeneral Hospital 115, Nghe An General Friendship Hospital and Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital.

The working delegation was led by Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the working delegation included Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Director of the Department of Health, Nguyen Huu Le - Deputy Director of the Department of Health, Nguyen Thi Mai Thuong - Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the moment before New Year's Eve, there were many patients being treated at General Hospital 115, Nghe An General Hospital and Nghe An Trauma and Orthopedics Hospital. These were seriously ill patients who had to welcome the New Year in the hospital. Specifically, General Hospital 115 had 90 patients, Nghe An General Hospital had 537 patients and Nghe An Trauma and Orthopedics Hospital had 50 patients.

To carry out the work of caring for and treating patients during the Lunar New Year of Quy Mao 2023, hospitals have arranged adequate human resources, equipment, medicines and medical supplies; and are on duty 24/7. Hospitals have also arranged good logistics, serving the eating and living needs of patients and their families during the Tet holiday. All medical staff have been and are making efforts to perform well the task of caring for and treating patients and are ready to respond to incidents and epidemics that occur.

Visiting and wishing the New Year to hospitals, comrade Bui Dinh Long deeply sympathized with the team of doctors, nurses and medical staff on duty: At the moment of New Year's Eve, every family reunites, but the medical staff still stay at the hospital, receiving and treating patients.
