Women - a great source of inspiration in Nguyen Trong Tao's works

(Baonghean.vn) - "Women - homeland and love" is the theme of the poetry and music night organized by Vinh University in an exchange program with poet and musician Nguyen Trong Tao.

At the meeting, poet and musician Nguyen Trong Tao shared his life of literary and artistic creation, and his inspirations in composing music and poetry. Accordingly, women are one of the great inspirations in his works.

Throughout the exchange, famous works of Nguyen Trong Tao were also performed by teachers and students of Vinh University and received many compliments from the author himself such as: Ferry Eyes, Song of the Homeland River, My Hometown Quan Ho Village...

It is known that up to now, musician Nguyen Trong Tao has composed nearly 100 songs. Besides famous songs such as "Quan Ho Village of My Hometown", "Song Que Song", he also has songs that are equally loved by the audience such as "Doi Mat Do Ngang", "Love Song Ben Mot Dong Song"... Strangely, poet Nguyen Trong Tao often does not set his own poems to music. Most of his songs are composed based on other people's poems.

The exchange aims to meet the needs of spiritual life, contribute to building the cultural and artistic movement, and at the same time honor generations of female staff in the school on October 20.
