Entering the implementation of the Resolution of the 28th Party Congress of the Ward, term 2010 - 2015, Hoa Hieu Ward received the direct and close attention and direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, with priority given to investing in a number of key projects and works in the area. Along with that, with the efforts of the Party Committee, the government, organizations and people, the urban appearance of the ward was renovated and renewed. The clear results in the economic field are that the economic growth rate for the whole period reached 16.8%; the production value in 2014 reached over 885 billion VND; the economic structure shifted in the right direction, with trade - services, small-scale industry and construction accounting for the main proportion.

The highlight in the direction and management work is that the Hoa Hieu Ward Party Committee has issued and focused on directing the implementation of two important projects: the Project "Developing economic, trade and service in the period of 2011 - 2015, vision to 2020" and the Project "Joining hands to build a civilized urban area in the period of 2010 - 2015". Thanks to that, the proportion of trade - service accounts for 60% with the strong development of banking, medical, restaurant, hotel services... initially forming a number of high-quality service types such as medical services, supermarkets.

Thai Hoa People's Credit Fund continues to promote its strengths and expand its operations to other wards. Small-scale industry and construction also account for 39% of the economic structure, with an increasing trend over the years. The urban infrastructure system is increasingly being improved, implementing the town's general development plan, routes D3, N2, N6 are being implemented, Chu Huy Man and 3/2 streets are being renovated and refurbished to meet model street standards. Implementing the project "Joining hands to build a civilized urban area", Hoa Hieu ward has mobilized nearly 1.7 billion VND, with 3 households donating 340m2 of land to contribute to the renovation and investment in urban infrastructure.

Culture and society have been given attention and direction, resulting in many outstanding results. The rate of cultural families increased from 88.5% to 90.3%, with 10/12 blocks achieving the title of Cultural Village. Education and training have been continuously cared for with synchronous investment in classrooms, practice rooms, physical education grounds, and equipment for all levels, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning with 100% of the team meeting standards, of which 85% are above standards.

Currently, Hoa Hieu ward is investing in building a new medical station on an area of ​​2,000m2, in Tan Thanh block. The main targets that Hoa Hieu Ward must strive for are: economic growth rate for the whole period reaching 12%, total production value by the end of the term reaching 1,535 billion VND; average income per capita reaching 72 million VND/year; economic structure shifting strongly with the proportion of trade - services accounting for 70%, small-scale industry - construction accounting for 29.3%, agriculture - forestry only 0.7%. Total development investment capital in the area is 105 billion VND.
