Nghe An Market Management temporarily detained 5 boxes of goods at the 'product introduction and free gift giving' event

On the afternoon of January 9, after receiving feedback from people, Market Management Team No. 3 - Nghe An Market Management Department inspected Dai Cat Truong Thi store - 1st Floor, Building 1, Truong Thinh Apartment, Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City).

Authorities check the goods at the product introduction.

At the time of inspection, Market Management Team No. 3 discovered 5 boxes of goods with foreign words attached to the products. Of which, 2 boxes were introduced as “silver bed mats” and 3 boxes as “6-year-old Korean red ginseng water functional food”… 100% of which were from Korea.

Checking the import declaration No. 102622159732 and the Notice of goods quality inspection results No. 063307-01 of the goods type "silver bedspread" provided by the store owner, the Working Group discovered that much of the information printed on these two types of papers did not match.

Authorities temporarily detained 5 containers for further investigation and clarification.

Considering the origin of the shipment is unknown, Market Management Team No. 3 has decided to temporarily detain all of the above goods, along with related documents, to continue investigating, clarifying and handling the case according to the provisions of law.

It is known that these are the goods introduced and offered for sale by the store owner at the "product introduction and free gift giving" event held on the afternoon of January 9 at the above address, attracting about 40 - 50 elderly people to participate.
