This year, in addition to orchids, primroses... being sold in large quantities, bonsai kumquats are attracting a lot of attention because of their beautiful shape and suitability for small apartments.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hong Duc - a flower and ornamental plant trader on Tran Phu Street, kumquat trees are considered a symbol of luck, fortune, showing strong vitality and are indispensable during every Tet and Spring occasion. We brought these kumquat trees from the northern provinces. Bonsai kumquats take a long time to grow and shape, so the price is quite high. Although the price of orchid pots is quite high because to create a beautiful orchid pot, many single orchid roots must be grafted together. Each single orchid root is sold for 150,000 - 200,000 VND, so to have a beautiful orchid pot, players must spend nearly 3 million VND for a small pot and nearly ten million VND for a large pot.
