After checking and reviewing the scene, it was found that in the Suoi Bac area, there were 18 caves dug by people to illegally collect and dredge ore, of which 11 caves were within the licensed mine boundary of the province.Nghe Tinh Non-ferrous Metals Joint Stock Company. Currently, the company has filled 7/11 caves, 4 caves (locations 15, 16, 17, 18) have not been filled. 7 caves are outside the mine boundary of Nghe Tinh Nonferrous Metal Joint Stock Company but are located close to and have access to the mine area of ​​Nghe Tinh Nonferrous Metal Joint Stock Company. Currently, the company has filled 4 caves, 3 caves have not been filled.

After listening to the opinions of the working group members and relevant parties, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quy Hop District People's Committee Tran Duc Loi concluded and assigned specific tasks as follows:

For Nghe Tinh Non-ferrous Metal Joint Stock Company, the leveling of 4 caves (No. 15, 16, 17, 18) in the company's mining area is carried out, striving to complete before April 15, 2023. Prepare machinery, human resources, materials, coordinate with the People's Committees of Chau Hong and Chau Thanh communes to level, fill, pour concrete... to block and fill 2 caves outside the mining area, in Chau Thanh commune. At the same time, when detecting subjects going to Suoi Bac area to illegally collect ore, promptly report to the People's Committees of Chau Hong and Chau Thanh communes for inspection and handling.

As for Thiec Ha An Company Limited, it supports machinery and materials; coordinates with the People's Committees of Chau Hong and Chau Thanh communes to level, fill, and pour concrete... for the cave entrance (outside the mine area of ​​Nghe Tinh Non-ferrous Metal Joint Stock Company) No. 1, in Chau Hong commune. On the other hand, when detecting subjects going to Suoi Bac area to illegally collect ore, it must promptly report to the People's Committees of Chau Hong and Chau Thanh communes for inspection and handling.

For the People's Committees of Chau Hong and Chau Thanh communes: From March 10 to 15, 2023, a plan must be developed to block and fill the caves at Suoi Bac, report to the District People's Committee, and widely notify the people in the commune to ensure safety before blocking and filling.

It is expected that by March 16, 2023, the leaders of Quy Hop district will directly go to the scene to coordinate and guide the People's Committees of communes and companies to fill the caves to ensure safety and efficiency. After filling the caves, prohibitory signs will be placed at the locations, inspection, management, protection will be strengthened, and violations will be strictly handled.
