Vinh Loc Ward Party Committee was established on the basis of merging and consolidating the Party Committees of 5 wards and communes: Hung Loc, Phuc Tho, Nghi Phong, Nghi Thai and Nghi Xuan. The Party Committee has nearly 3,500 members, operating in 86 affiliated Party organizations.

During the 2020 - 2025 term, closely following the policies, resolutions, and regulations of the superior Party and the actual situation, the Party Committees of the 5 wards and communes before the merger and Vinh Loc ward at present have actively innovated, improved the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system; focused on mass mobilization work, creating high social consensus for the common development of the locality.

In particular, the average growth rate in the period of 2021 - 2025 is estimated at 9.4%, higher than the average of the whole province. Infrastructure is gradually invested; the urban appearance is renewed towards civilization and modernity. The total social investment capital is estimated at more than 8,800 billion VND.

Culture and society have made much progress; social security is guaranteed, the material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improved. 100% of schools in the ward meet national standards, of which 5/15 schools reach level 2. National defense and security are maintained; social order and safety are guaranteed.

With innovative thinking, new vision and aspirations, the Congress set out the general goal of: Building a strong Party organization, arousing the spirit of national solidarity, exploiting potentials and advantages, mobilizing and effectively using all resources to build and develop synchronous urban infrastructure; ensuring solid national defense and security, improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Determined to build the ward into a green, smart, modern urban area by 2030.

The Congress also set out 20 key targets; 5 key task groups; 3 breakthroughs and 6 key solution groups to lead, direct and successfully implement the goals in the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress approved the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Vinh Loc Ward Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030, consisting of 23 comrades and the Ward Party Standing Committee consisting of 11 comrades.

Building a rich, beautiful and civilized ward.

Speaking at the congress, on behalf of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Truong Vinh Ward, Head of Working Group No. 11 of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized many advantages of Vinh Loc and suggested some specific directions.

Focus on closely following and effectively realizing into practice the orientations, planning and instructions of the Central Government and Nghe An province.

Vinh Loc Ward needs to identify the task of urban development and infrastructure development as the focus to mobilize all investment resources, creating a foundation for sustainable development.

Focus on directing economic development with a long-term, sustainable vision; in which priority is given to developing the ward's advantageous types, especially tourism services on the banks of Lam River; business services, attracting investment in building commercial centers, supermarkets, convenience store chains, and specialized stores.

Create conditions for the development of logistics services on key traffic routes such as: 95m Avenue, National Highway 46, 46C... Focus on converting to clean, organic agricultural models and applying high technology associated with building eco-tourism and experiential models, towards a green economy and circular economy.

Comprehensively care for cultural and social fields, improve people's quality of life; strengthen national defense and security and strengthen Party building and rectification and the political system of the ward to be strong, streamlined, effective and efficient, quickly meeting the requirements and tasks of the two-level local government.

The head of Working Group No. 11 also requested the Vinh Loc Ward Party Committee to develop an action program to implement the resolution after the congress, which should be comprehensive. attack, clear people, clear work, clear results achieved, to realize the goal, build the ward increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
