Going out without papers, young man in Vinh City was fined more than 12 million VND
(Baonghean.vn) - While the entire city of Vinh is implementing measures one level higher than Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, with the viewpoint of "stay where you are", a young man drove a motorbike out on the street without carrying any legal documents.
Specifically, at 5:15 p.m. on August 24, a patrol team of the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police on duty in the area of Le Mao extended street, Vinh Tan ward (Vinh City) discovered a young man driving a motorbike without a license plate.

Through a quick check, the Traffic Police identified the driver of this motorbike as TVH (born 2003), residing in Hong Son ward (Vinh city). The Traffic Police Team drew up an administrative violation report according to Clause 2, Article 14, Decree 117/2020 of the Government.administrative sanctions for violations in the medical field, with a fine of 7.5 million VND.
In addition, this young man was also administratively fined for violations in the field of road traffic with the violations of driving a motorbike without a driver's license, motorbike without a license plate, no vehicle registration... with a fine of 4.7 million VND, and the violating vehicle was temporarily detained. The total fine is 12.2 million VND.
