Reviewing the preparation work for the Workshop to Celebrate the 110th Anniversary of the Birth of General Chu Huy Man
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 16, in Vinh city, Nghe An province, the Organizing Committee of the Conference to Celebrate the 110th Anniversary of General Chu Huy Man's Birthday held a conference to review the preparation and organization of the event.
Attending the conference were Major General Nguyen Hoang Nhien - Director of the Vietnam Military History Institute; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

The Scientific Conference commemorating the 110th anniversary of General Chu Huy Man's birth is a great and meaningful event, aiming to affirm and clarify the General's steadfast and indomitable revolutionary life. The steadfast communist soldier, absolutely loyal and devoted, fought all his life for the ideal of national independence and socialism, an excellent strategist and commander, with great prestige in the army, an outstanding son of his homeland Nghe An.
Through specific and detailed reports from assigned units, up to this point, the preparation work has been basically completed, from the stages of compiling, printing books, synthesizing articles on the life and revolutionary activities of General Chu Huy Man; surveying and contacting to organize activities of offering incense, visiting and giving gifts to policy beneficiaries. Carrying out decoration and embellishment at the Memorial Site of General Chu Huy Man and the location of the conference. Closely coordinating with forces to ensure political security, order and social safety on the occasion of the conference taking place tomorrow (March 17), in Vinh city, Nghe An province.

Concluding the meeting, Major General Nguyen Hoang Nhien - Director of the Vietnam Military History Institute highly appreciated the coordination and preparation work of Nghe An province. To ensure the best for the Scientific Conference commemorating the 110th birthday of General Chu Huy Man, the Director of the Vietnam Military History Institute requested Nghe An province to continue to do well in all preparations.
