1.Patient T.D.H, male, born in 1977.Address: Xom Cho, Tri Le, Que Phong. The patient was detected through screening at Tri Le Commune Health Station. On September 1, the patient had symptoms of fever and sore throat but did not go to the doctor, bought medicine at home but did not get better. On September 6, the patient went to Tri Le Commune Health Station for examination and was tested rapidly with a suspected positive result. Immediately after that, the patient was isolated and had samples sent to the CDC, on September 7, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

2. Patient NTT, female, born in 1977.Address: Xom Cho, Tri Le, Que Phong. The patient is the wife of patient T.D.H who was announced at the same time. On September 6, after receiving information that her husband, patient T.D.H, had a positive rapid test result, the patient was isolated and had samples sent to the CDC. On September 7, the results confirmed that she was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

On August 22, the patient was quarantined at Dien Thinh Vocational School. The patient was sampled 5 times and all results were negative. On September 6, the patient's 6th sample was sent to CDC, on September 7, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
13. Patient NTB, female, born in 1999.Address: Hamlet 4, Tru Son, Do Luong. The patient is F1 of the previously announced patient NVC and patient NTTN. On August 31, because patient NTTN was still young, patient NTB went to take care of his child at Field Hospital No. 4.
