Merging the Vinh Urban Development Sub-project Management Board with the Vinh Construction Investment Project Management Board

According to Vinh city's report, the city has developed and implemented the Project to streamline the payroll for the period 2015 - 2021. In the first 6 months of the year, Vinh city People's Committee proposed to resolve the early retirement regime according to Decree 108/2014/ND-CP of the Government for 6 people.

Also in May 2018, Vinh City People's Committee deployed the construction of projects to merge the following units: Center for Continuing Education and Vinh Technical Economic College; Management Board of Vinh Urban Development Sub-project and Management Board of Vinh Construction Investment Project; City Culture and Sports Center and City Radio and Television Station; Project to reorganize the Ward and Commune Urban Rules Team; Project to arrange, organize and restructure the team of ward and commune civil servants and the team of part-time ward, commune and hamlet officials.

The Vinh Urban Development Sub-Project Management Board and the Vinh Construction Investment Project Management Board currently have a total of 7 leaders, including 2 heads and 5 deputies. The Vinh Sub-Project Management Board has 3 deputies, and the Vinh Construction Investment Project Management Board has 2 deputies. It is expected that after the merger, there will only be 1 head and 3 deputies.

Also in May, the city changed the ISO process and implemented a reduction in the processing time for two administrative procedures, namely the Construction Permit issuance procedure. The processing time for the Adjustment of Private Housing Construction Permit and the Extension of Private Housing Construction Permit was adjusted from 20 days to 15 days.
