According to Mr. NDM, the Kia car with license plate 37A-300.98 was rented by him from a rental facility.car rentalself-driving in Vinh City on December 31, 2020, then left it overnight in front of house number 78 Tran Phu (near the headquarters of the People's Committee of Hong Son Ward, Vinh City). However, at nearly 10:00 a.m. on January 1, 2021, when Mr. M went down to get it to go, it was gone.

According to the location, the car moved at 2:00 a.m. on January 1, 2020, and lost location when it reached Van Dien commune (Nam Dan).
Currently, the incident has been reported to the authorities for investigation.
