On the afternoon of October 8, the provincial National Assembly delegation, including comrades Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Thi Thao - Doctor of Nghe An Northwestern General Hospital; Moong Van Tinh - officer of Que Phong District Youth Union, met with voters in Nghia Mai commune, Nghia Dan district. Nghia Mai is a remote commune, belonging to commune 135 of Nghia Dan district, 80% of the population is ethnic minorities, the poverty rate is high. Many voters expressed their desire for the State to pay attention to agricultural development, especially the development of irrigation systems, irrigation canals, and the construction of transport infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for the trade of goods.
Voters also suggested focusing on many projects suitable to climate and soil conditions to help people change crop structure, develop the economy, and improve income and living standards.

Due to the distance from the commune center, people in some hamlets of Nghia Mai commune still face many difficulties in medical examination and treatment, some hamlets are up to 40km from the district hospital. Voters want to upgrade the commune health station, and bring qualified doctors to examine and treat people.
In addition, voters of Nghia Mai commune also mentioned the following issues: paying attention to health insurance for those returning from the military; the support regime for part-time cadres is still low, not commensurate with the effort put in; building power stations; speeding up the allocation of forest land to people for production; proposing a social insurance regime for staff serving at kindergartens...

At the conference, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, comrade Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged the opinions of voters and directly clarified many issues of concern to voters.
Regarding the construction of irrigation systems and transport infrastructure, the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee requested the leaders of Nghia Dan district to pay attention to investment and promptly implement support for people; the Party Committee, government and people of Nghia Mai commune to actively promote internal strength, rise up to escape poverty, and soon become a well-off commune.
Regarding the regime for service staff at kindergartens, comrade Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged the voters' valid opinions and promised to forward them to the relevant authorities and make recommendations to the National Assembly.
Explaining voters' opinions on reducing the number of associations, comrade Phan Dinh Trac said that at the upcoming session, the National Assembly will spend time discussing this content.
