Illegal timber transporter crashes car into police station and flees
When stopped for inspection, the driver of a truck carrying illegal timber accelerated and crashed into the police car, then opened the door and escaped.

Previously, at around 3:00 a.m. on June 1, through the work of grasping the situation, a working group of the Environmental Police Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police discovered a truck with license plate number 86H-1599 traveling from village 1, Cu Yang commune, Ea Kar district to the center of Ea Kar town with many suspicious signs, so they signaled the vehicle to stop for inspection.
However, the truck driver did not comply and instead accelerated to escape. The task force quickly gave chase. After driving about 4 km to village 2, Ea Pal commune, Ea Kar district, the police caught up. At this time, the truck driver deliberately crashed into the police car and then opened the door to escape.
During the inspection of the truck, the working group discovered 16 wooden boxes that were sawn very squarely, with a diameter of 20 - 30 cm and a length of more than 2 m. After measuring, all of the wood belonged to group VIII, with a volume of more than 7 m3. After verification, the car with license plate: 86H-1599 was a fake license plate.
