The Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province is an important event for the province's youth, a forum for young people to meet, exchange and express their views on building a pioneering, creative and innovative community. Khanh Vy hopes that the Congress will spend time discussing and proposing tasks and solutions to promote the role of youth in integration and improve foreign language skills.
It is expected that in the new term, the association at all levels will have many programs and activities to equip young people with the necessary skills in the 4.0 era to build a new generation of Vietnamese youth who are increasingly progressive, capable, confident and ready to integrate internationally, fulfilling the responsibilities and missions of Vietnamese citizens, ASEAN citizens, and global citizens. Party committees and authorities need to trust and assign tasks so that young people can mature and contribute to new and difficult tasks.
Mr. Vi Hong Duong
Currently, the total number of young people in Luong Minh commune is 484 people, accounting for 9.2% of the total population of the commune. Most of the young people in the area are ethnic minorities, including Kho Mu, O Du and Thai people.
In recent times, the youth of the commune have made positive contributions to the construction of new rural areas through practical activities, such as building rural roads, dredging canals, and installing lighting systems for rural roads. The youth force has also called for socialized resources to support disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the area. This has been highly appreciated by the Party Committee, government and people.
Entering the new term, I hope that young people will continue to maintain the identity of their compatriots. From there, inherit and promote the good traditional values of their homeland, taking them as a source of pride and motivation to actively contribute to the development of their homeland and country. In addition, it is necessary to actively study, practice, improve knowledge, qualifications and adaptability to assert themselves in the economic, cultural and social fields.
I think, in order for young people to have the opportunity to assert themselves, the Party Committee and the government also need to create conditions, mechanisms and spaces for the young generation to be creative and maximize their abilities. We need to trust them and assign them tasks so that they can mature and contribute to new and difficult tasks.

Associations at all levels need to have more practical activities where people with disabilities can participate and develop their full potential.
Mr. Le Van Dong
I lost my father at the age of 15 and unfortunately became disabled at the age of 25 after a tragic accident. There were times when I felt hopeless and lost the joy of life. However, the Youth Union - Association really became my companion to lift my spirit during that difficult period.
In addition to guiding me to participate in activities organized by the Youth Union, the Commune Youth Union also connected me to find a job that was suitable for my health to earn a living, which was making diamond paintings. When I received the first coins to give to my mother, I burst into tears, it turned out that I could still live a meaningful life without becoming a burden to my family and society.
Later, when my health was better and I was free from self-consciousness and inferiority complex, I enthusiastically participated in association activities and was elected to the Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union of Thai Hoa town. With the connection and support of loan capital from the Union, I was able to open a small restaurant to stabilize my life. Therefore, for me, the Union has truly been a solid support.
Entering the new term, I hope that the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province will continue to care, support and accompany disabled youth, disadvantaged youth, reformed youth... to overcome difficulties and integrate into the community.
Along with that, the association at all levels has many more practical activities, where people with disabilities can participate and develop their full potential. Along with that are courses and training classes to develop life skills and vocational skills to open up opportunities for young people with disabilities to have good jobs, contributing to the development of their homeland./.
