The program "Ru bao" was carried out based on the idea of People's Artist Hong Luu, Meritorious Artist Lam Bich Nguyen, musician Vu Quoc Nam and singer Dinh Hien Anh to call on benefactors, people nationwide and overseas Vietnamese to share part of the spending to support people in flood-affected areas.

The program consists of 3 parts. Part 1: Titled “Flood upon flood”, with 5 performances about the sunny and windy Central region, with the pain and loss in each natural disaster season but always imbued with simple and sincere affection.
Part 2: Titled “Unfinished Stories”, in this part, in addition to the performances of artists with carefully selected songs, the content is about reports about stories sent from the flood center, about the search and rescue efforts, the great losses and sacrifices of the army and people in Rao Trang 3, Economic - Defense Group 337...
Part 3: Titled "Ru bao": Includes performances by Meritorious Artists Thanh Lam and Trong Tan with songs that have been around for years, suitable for the program's content.
