The drainage culvert from Nai Bridge to Vinh Tan Pumping Station, the section passing through Vinh Tan New Urban Area project, has a very small aperture, so when there is heavy rain, the water drains slowly, causing flooding. Vinh City People's Committee is requesting the investor to fix and widen the culvert aperture. Photo: Nguyen Hai |
