Vinh City will invest 345 billion VND to renovate and upgrade a number of major roads.
(Baonghean.vn) - This is a project that the Vinh City People's Council decided to invest in at the 11th Session, 22nd term, 2021 - 2026 term.
The project belongs to group B, with a total investment of 354 billion VND; the capital structure includes Vinh city budget and other legally mobilized sources. The project implementation time and progress is until the end of 2027.
The investment objective of the project is to synchronously renovate the infrastructure system of three routes: Quang Trung, Le Loi and Mai Hac De, ensuring traffic, lighting, drainage, environmental sanitation and urban beautification to be civilized and modern; contributing to activating and promoting regional economic development.
The project investment scale has a total length of 3.7 km; starting point at the intersection of Quang Trung, Tran Phu, Phan Dinh Phung streets (Vinh market crossroads), ending point at the intersection of Mai Hac De, Ha Huy Tap, Nguyen Trai streets.
The project of upgrading and renovating the technical infrastructure of the route includes: expanding the roadbed, asphalt concrete pavement; sidewalks, curbs, ditches; power supply system, telecommunications, lighting, drainage, technical trenches/pipes, trees, etc.
Investment items are designed according to standards, norms and relevant regulations of the State; for road expansion, it must comply with Decision No. 1454, dated September 1, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the road network planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
