Mr. Thai Thanh Ha - Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vinh City said that the unit is also advising the People's Committee of Vinh City to issue a document requesting wards, communes and units to handle this situation. "In the immediate future, we have set up teams to handle this situation. Yesterday alone, we brought 2 beggars to the ward to work. For those who have relatives and houses, we will arrange a car to take them back to their hometowns and hand them over to the local authorities for management.
