Vinh City in the season of the Poinciana flower

(Baonghean.vn)- In the first days of April, the road along the North canal of Vinh city is dyed bright yellow by the yellow flowers of the Pansy. The clusters of yellow flowers bloom among the green branches and leaves, making it difficult for anyone to take their eyes off the charming beauty of this flower.
