Thai Hoa City Party Committee reviews the Standing Committee in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Term XI)

(Baonghean.vn) -On October 8-9, the Standing Committee of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee held a conference to review the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present". The conference approved: Report on the preparation process for self-criticism review; Report summarizing the review results of the Standing Committee; Report summarizing opinions of organizations and individuals; Draft report on receiving and explaining opinions contributed by provincial and grassroots agencies.

The conference focused on reviewing and self-criticizing three contents in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee: Fighting to prevent and push back the degradation of moral and lifestyle; Building a team of leaders and managers at all levels to meet the requirements of industrialization, modernization and international integration; Determining the authority and responsibility of the head of the Party Committee, implementing the principle of democratic centralism: collective leadership, individual responsibility.

In her concluding remarks at the Conference, Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh emphasized: During the process of organizing self-criticism and criticism, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has imbued the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, and accepted the comments of groups and individuals with a serious attitude. The draft of self-criticism and criticism of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee was seriously prepared, closely following the review content according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee; deeply reviewing the suggested contents of the Politburo, the Provincial Party Committee and the comments of agencies, units and individuals. The prominent and urgent issues in the locality were analyzed and dissected by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in a serious, frank, objective, responsible and feasible manner. He also noted: Through this review, we must truly create new changes in each cadre and party member, prevent moral and lifestyle degradation, and at the same time be a resource to contribute to innovation in Party building work, and improve the capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations in the area.

In the coming 3 days from October 20 to 22, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee will organize a personal review of the Standing Committee in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term).
