On December 4, at the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port (Nghe An Border Guard), Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, chaired the Conference on handover of the position of Chief of the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port.

Speaking at the handover conference, Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard acknowledged that Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Binh had made many important contributions, together with the collective of the Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port Border Guard Station, successfully completing the task of firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and border security under the unit's responsibility.

Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc requested that Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tien Dung, in his position as Head of the Border Guard Station at Cua Lo - Ben Thuy port in the coming time, should promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, together with the commanding committee of the unit to successfully complete the border guard tasks; take care of the material and spiritual life of the soldiers; proactively grasp the situation in the border area under the unit's responsibility and promptly handle incidents in accordance with the functions, tasks and law, not to be passive and surprised; closely coordinate with the local Party committees, authorities and forces to firmly protect the national border security and sovereignty.
