On the morning of March 26, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee led by Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation came to present flowers to congratulate Nghe An Provincial Youth Union on the occasion of the 88th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2019). On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh sent best wishes to the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and all union members and youth in the province for health, solidarity, and success.

The Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged and commended the achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the youth and children's movement of the province in recent times. These achievements have been and are making an important contribution to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of local socio-economic development.

In the coming time, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh hopes that Nghe An youth will overcome difficulties, shortcomings, and limitations, and excellently complete all assigned tasks; in which, it is necessary to focus on the top goal of educating the young generation on revolutionary ideology and lifestyle ethics, so that each union member and youth is a good citizen;

Promoting the achieved results, the Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the Youth Union at all levels will choose to participate in and carry out appropriate, practical, effective and socially beneficial movements, such as: Building new rural areas and civilized urban areas to contribute to making the rural and urban areas increasingly green, clean and beautiful.

In addition, Youth Union cadres regularly cultivate and train their political qualities to create a source of high-quality young successor cadres for the Party.
