State Auditor General answers questions from voters of Nam Dan district
(Baonghean.vn) - State Auditor General Ho Duc Phoc thoroughly answered people's suggestions at the meeting with voters of Nam Dan district.
On the afternoon of July 4, National Assembly deputies: Ho Duc Phoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, State Auditor General; Tran Van Mao - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Dinh Thi Kieu Trinh - Deputy Head of the Department of Child Protection, Care and Gender Equality, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs had a meeting with voters of Nam Dan district after the 5th session of the 14th National Assembly.

Voters in Nam Dan district expressed their agreement with the National Assembly's decision to postpone the passing of the Law on Special Administrative-Economic Units, and highly appreciated the fact that the National Assembly and the Government have promptly listened to the people's thoughts and aspirations; at the same time, they hope that after the 5th session, the Party, State and Government will have many correct and practical policies to promote socio-economic development.
Voters agree with the Party's direction and resolute handling of corruption cases in recent times, however, it is necessary to be more drastic and expand the scope from the Central to the grassroots, in the State and non-State areas to strengthen people's trust in the Party and State.
"The implementation of the project to streamline the apparatus, arrange and merge the organizational apparatus of agencies and administrative units needs a roadmap and appropriate, unified solutions from the central to local levels," said voter Nguyen Duy Huong - Chairman of the Association of War Veterans of Nam Dan district.
Concerned about the recent activities of hostile forces against the regime, voter Nguyen Xuan Lanh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Loc commune requested the Government to direct relevant ministries and branches to strictly and legally handle individuals and organizations that intentionally incite, entice, cause disorder and protests.

In addition, voters of Nam Dan district also proposed that the National Assembly and the Government need to have policies for the socialization of education, structure the teaching staff to meet requirements and tasks, invest in facilities for kindergartens, etc.
Clarifying the petition of voters of Nam Dan district on the Draft Law on Special Administrative-Economic Units, the State Auditor General said: The National Assembly postponed the time for passing this draft law to continue to receive public opinions, but many subjects still took advantage of public opinion to carry out acts of sabotage, causing disturbances, inciting people to participate in protests, causing people to misunderstand some provisions of the law. This is an act of sabotage against the Party and the State, violating the law. The State Auditor General noted that authorities at all levels need to strengthen the dissemination of policies and laws of the Party and the State, especially the Law on Special Administrative-Economic Units, so that people can fully understand.

Agreeing with the views of voters of Nam Dan district on implementing Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII), Mr. Ho Duc Phoc said: Local Party committees and political commissars need to take scientific, cautious, appropriate and effective steps, and need to have a roadmap for surveying and discussing to have a project that is close to the practical situation of the locality, agency and unit.
State Auditor General Ho Duc Phoc and Chairman of Nam Dan District People's Committee Dinh Xuan Que explained voters' recommendations within their authority; accepted opinions beyond their authority and submitted them to relevant levels for consideration and resolution.
