Mr. NVT, the owner of a drinking place, admitted that it is very difficult to control customers at the restaurant: "We can remind customers to wash their hands and wear masks when entering and leaving the restaurant, but requiring them to maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter and record customer information in the restaurant is really difficult, not to mention some customers are drunk and uncooperative...".

Previously, on the afternoon of May 13, a female employee at Khang Troc beer bar in Luong residential group, Bach Sam ward, My Hao town (Hung Yen province) tested positive for Covid-19.
