In particular, Vinh City People's Committee proposed a plan to organize traffic at intersections that are often congested during rush hour.
Specifically, for the C7 intersection (Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Hong Bang, Le Hong Phong, Kim Dong, Nguyen Thai Hoc), Vinh City proposed to widen the right turn to divert traffic from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street to Le Hong Phong Street (consider relocating the power station opposite the gas station at this intersection) and install a traffic light system.
For the intersection of Nguyen Sy Sach and Nguyen Van Cu, reorganize to open 3 right turns (using soft island separation), specifically: from Nguyen Van Cu Street to Nguyen Sy Sach Street, from Nguyen Sy Sach Street to Nguyen Van Cu Street and from Ha Huy Tap Street to Nguyen Sy Sach Street; narrow the sidewalk at the corner of Nguyen Van Cu and Nguyen Sy Sach; at the same time, move the traffic lights at this intersection to narrow the area of the intersection.
