Vinh City: Traffic flows orderly, goods are transported flexibly through checkpoints

(Baonghean.vn) - After receiving instructions from the Department of Transport on cases allowed to enter and exit the city, checkpoints around Vinh City have stabilized, there is no longer congestion, essential goods can be transported easily when all documents are complete.

Implementing social distancing according to Directive 16, from 0:00 on June 19, Vinh city has set up 13 checkpoints at the city's entrances and exits. However, because there were no instructions at the time of setting up the checkpoints, there were still certain difficulties and shortcomings in handling cases of permitted entry and exit. On the afternoon of June 19, the Department of Transport issued Document No. 2095/SGTVT-VT providing detailed instructions on this issue.
