Quynh Phu Commune evacuated 1,705 people to safe shelters before storm No. 5
Faced with the complex developments of storm No. 5, the authorities and people of Quynh Phu commune (Nghe An) are urgently implementing response measures. The evacuation of people from dangerous areas is the top priority to ensure the safety of life and property, and minimize damage caused by the storm.

Assessing the area as potentially dangerous when the storm makes landfall, the "4 on-site" force in Muong Tip commune (Nghe An) went to each house to encourage and help people evacuate to safety before storm No. 5.
