Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued urgent dispatch No. 46/CD-UBND, prohibiting all types of boats and means of transport from going to sea from 10:00 a.m. on October 5, 2025.

All ships anchored in Cua Lo ward are safe, but one ship was flooded and sank at the storm shelter in Ha Tinh.
Before storm No. 10, Cua Lo evacuated 1,181 people to safe shelters.

As of 5:00 p.m. on September 28, Cua Lo ward had evacuated 421 households, with 1,181 people, to primary schools, kindergartens, and solid 2-3-story houses.
