Working with Quy Chau district, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh shared the difficulties of the district at present. However, to effectively implement teaching and learning, the department's leaders suggested that the district be flexible and creative in the implementation process and could simultaneously implement two scenarios to suit the actual conditions of each locality. Particularly for semi-boarding and boarding students, they should try to organize concentrated teaching and learning and keep distance, minimizing contact with strangers.
