Awarding the decision to appoint the Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee

On July 28, 2023, on behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong signed Decision No. 2056 on the transfer and appointment of comrade Nguyen Hoai An - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Presenting the Decision to comrade Nguyen Hoai An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu congratulated the new Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee on being trusted and appointed by the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized,Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anis a well-trained officer, has worked in many positions and always excellently completed the assigned tasks. Therefore, I hope that you will always inherit and promote the results and work you have experienced to perform well the new tasks in Con Cuong district.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested that the new Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee should quickly grasp and closely follow the local situation to carry out assigned tasks. He should focus on building a fast, sustainable socio-economic development that is imbued with the unique identity of the ethnic minorities in Con Cuong District. Thereby, preserving, maintaining and promoting the values ​​of historical relics, cultural identity and ecological environment of the district.

Along with that, with dedication, effort, creativity, and collaboration with the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Con Cuong District Party Committee, we will successfully implement the Resolution of the 15th Con Cuong District Party Congress; building Con Cuong District into a bright spot in Western Nghe An.

Together with the Standing Committee and the District Party Executive Committee, the new District Party Secretary Nguyen Hoai An will soon complete the planning and construction of Con Cuong into a dynamic urban area, towards an ecological urban area by 2030 according to the Resolution set forth by the Politburo.

In addition, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that the new Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee focus on innovating leadership work, clearly assigning roles and responsibilities to each person in the Party Committee, government and socio-political organizations according to the Party's leadership method. Continue to implement Resolution 21 of the Party Central Committee on organizing and developing Party grassroots.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee to unite, collaborate, and make efforts to cooperate to help the new Secretary of the District Party Committee successfully complete the assigned tasks. Thereby, helping Con Cuong district achieve greater results, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Nghe An, becoming a well-off province in the North Central region by 2025 and a well-off province in the whole country by 2030 as set out in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Nguyen Hoai An thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their trust in appointing him to the position of Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee.

Emphasizing that this is both an honor and a great responsibility, to be worthy of the trust of the provincial leaders, Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee Nguyen Hoai An promised to try his best, wholeheartedly, and with all his might, to constantly improve ethics, political mettle, cultivate lifestyle, and together with the Standing Committee and the District Party Executive Committee maintain solidarity and unity, promote collective strength to develop the economy - society, ensure national defense and security, take care of social security, help the poor, and care for people's lives.

The new Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee promised to maintain and promote the achievements of the Party Committee, Government and People of Con Cuong District in recent years; at the same time, mobilize resources to further exploit the potential and advantages, build and develop Con Cuong District to soon become a town and an ecological tourist city as set out in the Resolution of the Politburo.

The new Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee, Nguyen Hoai An, hopes to continue to receive the close attention and leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and provincial departments, branches and sectors.
