On this occasion, the delegation presented a savings book worth 10 million VND (supported by Mr. Ho Van Dom's family in Vinh City) to the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, born in 1968, son of martyr Nguyen Van Kia, in hamlet 1, Hung Chinh commune.
Mr. Cuong's family situation is extremely difficult, he is seriously disabled (both legs amputated), but still sits in a wheelchair and tries to work hard to earn a living and send his children to school. His wife, Ms. Hoang Hanh, is in poor health, has no stable job and her two daughters work in the South.
Giving the savings book to the family is important to encourage Mr. Cuong's family to overcome difficulties and improve their lives.
