(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 3, the Organizing Committee of the 26th Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth and Children's Football Tournament met to discuss the organization and prepare all necessary conditions for the tournament to take place successfully.
Comrade Ngo Duc Kien - Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 26th Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth and Children's Football Tournament chaired the meeting. Attending were Deputy Heads of the Organizing Committee: Bui Cong Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Tran Van Hung - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; Tran Huu Nghia - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; representatives of the Department of Education and Training; and members of the Organizing Committee.

Participating in the discussion, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuong - Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Management, Department of Culture and Sports, member of the Organizing Committee of the tournament proposed to change and adjust some contents in the regulations, especially in the work of personnel inspection. According to the proposal, this year, the list of each participating team must be signed and stamped by the Director of the Center for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Head of the Department of Education and Training and the District Justice Department.
In addition, he also proposed to change the age of athletes participating in the competition. Specifically, the age of the Children's Team is from 10 years old and under (born on January 1, 2014 and later); the Youth Team is from 12 years old and under (born on January 1, 2012 and later).

At the meeting, representatives of the Department of Education and Training also discussed some issues related to competition time, proposed some issues on rewards and granting Certificates of Excellent Students to athletes with high achievements during the season.
Regarding the preparation of facilities for the tournament, Mr. Le Minh Dieu - Deputy Director of the Center for Training and Competition of Physical Education and Sports, member of the Organizing Committee of the tournament affirmed that the best conditions will be prepared, ensuring that the stadium meets all the requirements. In addition, factors related to electricity generation and technology must also be ensured so that the tournament can take place continuously and without interruption.

Speaking at the meeting, in addition to some suggestions to ensure safety throughout the season, Mr. Bui Cong Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports also proposed awarding titles to participating athletes, thereby encouraging and motivating them to continue participating in the tournament.
In order for the Youth - Children Football Tournament of Nghe An Newspaper Cup to be increasingly popular, comrade Tran Huu Nghia - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the tournament proposed that localities should pay attention to and develop the physical education and sports movement at the grassroots level, thereby increasingly improving the quality of the tournament. In addition, medical work in preparation for the season also needs to increase professionalism, ensuring the safety of athletes.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Ngo Duc Kien - Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 26th Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth and Children's Football Tournament affirmed: Continuing the successes of the 25th season, the Organizing Committee needs to promote positive aspects so that the tournament can be increasingly spread and promote its inherent meaning.
To prepare well, the meeting received 10 opinions, including many practical contents and many new proposals to develop the tournament more and more professionally. These contents need to be implemented early and effectively, with the goal of making every effort to organize a successful tournament, creating a healthy and useful playground for teenagers and children, encouraging them to participate in training, on that basis discovering talents for the province's football.
