This polling area includes two hamlets, Xuan Tan and Hamlet 5, with a total of 774 voters; of which more than 400 voters are parishioners of Xuan Am Parish, Hung Thinh Commune, Hung Nguyen District.

According to records, the election at polling station No. 5, Hung Thinh commune, Hung Nguyen district took place thoughtfully, seriously, democratically, and in accordance with the law. Voter Van Dinh Dung - Priest of Xuan Am Parish, Hung Thinh Commune said: "Although today is a Catholic ceremony, we held the ceremony early to return to vote fully and on time, fulfilling our responsibility as voters...".

The working group also inspected polling station No. 8, including block 9 and block 10, town.Hung Nguyenwith 1,008 voters.

According to records, the election work at this polling station was carried out seriously, synchronously, and fully in accordance with the provisions of the Election Law and the plan of the Nghe An Provincial Election Committee.
