Since our establishment in 1997, we have focused on developing external production human resources and building up the company's abundant human resources. Up to now, our company has supplied more than 8,000 workers to the Japanese market and countries in the Asian region, of which more than 1,700 are Vietnamese. I am also very impressed with Vietnamese workers because they are diligent, hard-working, have a strong will to work and have the ability to remember and adapt to work very quickly.

Currently, Japan is facing a labor shortage and this situation will become more serious in the future. Therefore, when signing a cooperation agreement with Vinh University of Industry - Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, I highly appreciated the development potential of this project. Through the establishment of the first representative office of FAJ in Vietnam, we will cooperate with Vinh University of Industry - Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry in the field of education, organizing Japanese language and culture training programs to send students and engineers to practice and work at Japanese enterprises. In the future, we want to contribute more to the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh, patriot Phan Boi Chau and become a bridge between Vietnam and Japan, opening up many other investment opportunities for Japan in the Vietnamese market...

Since its establishment, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry has always set the goal of quality training associated with employment. Vinh University of Industry and Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry chose FAJ Company and Will Group Corporation as partners for comprehensive cooperation not only because of each side's strengths but also because they wanted to continue the path of Phan Boi Chau, a patriot from Nghe An, who initiated the Dong Du movement in 1905, calling on young people to study the advanced achievements of Japan. We also believe that the signing of the cooperation agreement will open a new chapter in the operation and development of Vinh University of Industry; an effective approach to the 4.0 revolution to help the school's students become workers and engineers in line with international standards and meet the domestic and international labor markets.

According to the plan, right after the signing ceremony, FAJ Company will set up a representative office at the school and then send experts to directly train workers. In the first year, we plan to send about 200 students to intern and work in Japan. LienVietPostBank will also support the commitment to provide loans to students and workers.
