Xong Ba Denh is the Secretary of the Na Ngoi Commune Youth Union and is also a young, dynamic party member. He is not only a good leader of the youth movement but also a good economic developer with a buffalo and cow breeding model that brings in an income of nearly 400 million VND per year.

Sharing the secret to being able to fulfill the two roles of Secretary of the Youth Union and owner of the Xong Ba Denh livestock farm, he said: "With the mountainous district of Ky Son having a rather harsh climate, in order to successfully raise cattle and buffalo, I had to do a lot of research. From learning from friends, to veterinary officers, to finding information on newspapers and radio... to supplement my knowledge. In addition to raising cattle and buffalo, I also grow ginger. What makes me happy is that in addition to developing my own economy, I can also help and support other youth union members to rise up. I think we need to create a community of mutual development to be able to motivate many young people to develop the economy right on their homeland."

In particular, Xong Ba Denh has also effectively built the model of "Youth shock troops to keep the border peaceful" which has been recognized by superiors and people for many years. Regarding this activity, the Secretary of the Na Ngoi Commune Youth Union said: "As an area quite far from the district center, for many years in Na Ngoi there has been a situation of young people and people crossing the border to other countries to do business and look for new things. However, many people have encountered risks, even lost their lives. I have been very concerned and wanted to find a solution to overcome this situation. Therefore, I discussed with the youth union members in the commune to establish a security team, regularly patrolling to remind and prevent. After a period of operation, it has shown positive results, so we have maintained this model regularly until now".

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Member of the District Youth Union Executive Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union of 1/5 High School, Nghia Dan District, modestly told about the secret of "doing well in professional work while spending time on scientific research and calling for a lot of help for disadvantaged students" is the way to...Combine professional groups to conduct scientific research together. Regarding donating to support poor students, Tuan Anh shared: This comes from activities since his student days, Tuan Anh has participated in many humanitarian and charitable activities to many disadvantaged people in society. And through many volunteer activities, he realized how meaningful the joy of giving and bringing to each person and each situation is."

At the exchange session, when asked: "Where did you start to successfully research the biological mosquito repellent formula, and how do you arrange your schedule to both complete your studies and have time for scientific research?", member Nguyen Thi Ngoc Khanh, group 11A2 - Thai Hoa High School said: For Khanh herself, the passion for researching essential oils came to her since her junior high school years. She always spent time to learn about fragrances on the internet, through books and newspapers... then experimented and applied them in practice. After many days and months of perseverance, pouring all her passion and enthusiasm, she finally produced a biological mosquito repellent product.

Sharing her thoughts on what today's young generation needs to do to confidently start a business and integrate into the international economy, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Khanh said: Every young person needs to equip themselves with knowledge, strive to study, constantly improve their cultural and scientific level, be confident and creative, especially improve their foreign language skills to help facilitate international integration./.
