The "hot" issues and complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic have been promptly reported by press agencies, with the participation of all levels and sectors; closely following the direction and orientation of functional agencies; refuting false and fabricated information about the Covid-19 epidemic, contributing to raising people's awareness in disease prevention and control.

In January and February 2020, press and media agencies also actively participated in detecting and combating negative phenomena; some violations have not been completely resolved, causing public outrage...

Regarding the propaganda orientation in March 2020, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Kha Van Tam requested press agencies to focus on propagating the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; Directive 35-CT/TW dated May 30, 2020 of the Politburo on the 13th National Congress of the Party; continue to propagate Central Resolutions 6, 7, 8, 9; on the arrangement of administrative units at all levels; Regulation 08 on the responsibility of setting an example for cadres and party members; Regulation 205 of the Politburo on controlling power.

The Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that press agencies focus on promoting the historical significance, the land and people of Nghe An; the traditions and contributions of Nghe An province in the 990-year history of the name Nghe An; the plan of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee with the theme "Nghe An follows Uncle Ho's advice"; pay attention to promoting the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An province for the period 2020 - 2025; examples of good people and good deeds.

At the same time, press agencies focused on propagating outstanding results in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense, security, and Party building of the province; fighting against wrong, hostile viewpoints and distorted arguments of hostile forces...

Press agencies need to closely follow and grasp the Covid-19 epidemic situation to promptly and accurately propagate disease prevention and control for the people.

As planned, the 990th Anniversary of Nghe An Title is expected to be held on the evening of April 11, 2020 at Ho Chi Minh Square. The program includes a 30-minute ceremony and a 60-minute art program.

In order to promote traditional values, affirm the position, role and great contributions of Nghe An land and people in the historical process of building, defending and developing the country;

Introduce and honor good traditional values, thereby expressing the sentiments and morality of remembering the source of water for generations of ancestors who have contributed to building and defending the country; arouse the pride of Nghe An people in the traditions, history and revolution of their homeland, create new determination, and build Nghe An to develop more and more.
