*Participating in the election of Provincial People's Council delegates for the 2021-2026 term at Constituency No. 17 of the province, including Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Hong Son - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association; Vi Hoe - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Ky Son District People's Council; Dinh Anh Dung - Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Nghe An Provincial Police; Nguyen Thi Ngan - Deputy Head of the Inspection Organization Committee, Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association; Lau Ba Cho - Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Ky Son District Party Committee.

*Participating in the election of delegates to the People's Council of Ky Son district, term XXII, in constituency No. 8, are the following gentlemen and ladies: Vi Hoe - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ky Son District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Phan Sy Thang - Chief of Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of Ky Son district; Xa Thi Xi - Chief of Office of the Ky Son District Party Committee; La Thi Huyen - Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Huu Kiem commune; Ho Thi Tan - Specialist of the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee; Vi Thi Ly - Specialist of the District Department of Education and Training; Ho Y Chua - Staff of the Ky Son District Medical Center.

At the meeting, candidates for the Provincial and District People's Councils presented their proposed action plans if elected. The candidates affirmed that they will continue to strive, practice ethics, professional skills, and spend more time meeting voters to listen to their opinions and aspirations. They will actively reflect the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of voters to relevant agencies for resolution.

Voters in Huu Lap commune highly agreed with the action programs of the candidates for the Provincial and District People's Councils presented at the conference.
