Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council and Office of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee signed a regulation on coordination of work.

The regulations on coordination between the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council and the Office of the Provincial People's Committee stipulate the coordination relationship between the two offices in advising and serving the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial People's Council Committees, based on the principle of being under the leadership of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, and the leadership of the Provincial People's Committee; ensuring compliance with the law, regularly, closely, effectively, creating conditions for good implementation of assigned functions, powers, and tasks.

Accordingly, the two offices will coordinate in advising and serving the Provincial National Assembly Delegation regarding the following contents: advising on the development of work programs; advising and serving to collect opinions on draft laws and draft resolutions; preparing documents for the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to attend National Assembly sessions; meeting with voters; implementing supervision, surveying, receiving citizens; and handling petitions, letters, and recommendations from citizens.

The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee coordinate in advising and serving the activities of the People's Council, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial People's Council Committees in developing work programs; proposing the development of Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council; preparing sessions of the Provincial People's Council; advising and serving sessions of the Provincial People's Council; advising on revising and promulgating resolutions, summarizing the results of implementing resolutions, and concluding sessions of the Provincial People's Council.

The two offices will also coordinate to advise and serve voter contact activities; respond to and resolve voters' opinions; advise on resolving issues arising between two sessions of the Provincial People's Council; advise and serve the implementation of monitoring and survey activities, citizen reception activities, and resolution of petitions, letters, and recommendations of citizens of the Provincial People's Council.

Every 2.5 years, the two offices take turns chairing the Conference to evaluate the results of work coordination, exchange professional skills and resolve problems in the coordination process to improve the quality of office work.

At the end of the 2021-2026 term, the two offices will summarize and evaluate the implementation of the Coordination Regulations before the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee evaluate the implementation of the Coordination Regulations.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of the three agencies, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nam Dinh emphasized that in recent times, especially since the beginning of the 2021-2026 term, the coordination between the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee has been very effective, helping each agency to better perform its assigned functions and tasks.

To achieve that result, in addition to being proactive in directing, urging and operating, the advisory and supporting role of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee is very important.

Appreciating the coordination of the two offices, now specified in regulations, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the leaders, officers and experts of the two offices to continue to promote the spirit of cooperation, openness, proactively enhance two-way interaction, for the common benefit to effectively specify the contents in the regulations.

On behalf of the leaders of the two offices, comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the signing of the coordination regulations demonstrates the high determination of the leaders of the two offices in continuing to promote the results achieved in the process of coordinating work in the past time, overcoming shortcomings, thereby, better performing the assigned functions and tasks, especially advising and serving to achieve the best efficiency for the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial People's Council Committees.
