1. Concentrated livestock land is land for building livestock farms in separate areas according to the provisions of the law on livestock farming.

2. The use of land for concentrated livestock farming must comply with the following regulations:
a) Implement environmental protection measures, waste management and other measures to avoid affecting land users in the area and surrounding areas;
b) In case of using land for concentrated livestock farming and constructing works attached to the land, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of the law on investment and the law on construction.
3. Economic organizations and individuals are assigned land by the State, leased land, are allowed to receive transfers, lease land use rights, or receive capital contributions in the form of land use rights to carry out concentrated livestock investment projects.
4. Overseas Vietnamese and foreign-invested economic organizations are leased land by the State and receive capital contributions in the form of land use rights from economic organizations in accordance with the law to implement concentrated livestock farming projects.
