1. Concentrated livestock land is land for building livestock farms in separate areas according to the provisions of the law on livestock farming.

2. The use of land for concentrated livestock farming must comply with the following regulations:
a) Implement environmental protection measures, waste management and other measures to avoid affecting land users in the area and surrounding areas;
b) In case of using concentrated livestock land with construction works attached to the land, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of the law on investment and the law on construction.
3. Economic organizations and individuals are assigned land by the State, leased land, are allowed to receive transfers, lease land use rights, or receive capital contributions in the form of land use rights to implement concentrated livestock investment projects.
4. Vietnamese people residing abroad and economic organizations with foreign investment capital are leased land by the State and receive capital contributions in the form of land use rights from economic organizations in accordance with the provisions of law to implement concentrated livestock farming projects.
