Nghia Hoa Commune (Thai Hoa) celebrates 60 years of establishment

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 24, Nghia Hoa commune held a ceremony to celebrate the 60th anniversary of its founding and the 5th anniversary of its separation. Attending the ceremony were representatives of Thai Hoa town's leaders and many people from the hamlets.

Previously, the leaders of Nghia Hoa commune offered incense to report their achievements at Lang Vac Temple and the Martyrs’ Memorial. After 60 years of development (from 1953 to present) from a poor commune, people’s lives mainly depended on agriculture, up to now, Nghia Hoa has had many changes in terms of economy, society, infrastructure… the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved.

Nghia Hoa commune was established 60 years ago, but this land has a long cultural history, containing within itself many cultural sediments for 4000 years, accompanying the national history from the Dong Son culture with the sites: Dinh hamlet, Con Kho, Dong Vong, Mo Van, and especially Lang Vac site recognized by the state as a national archaeological site. With that cultural history, Nghia Hoa is trying to develop its locality more and more, while preserving the valuable heritage values ​​left by our ancestors.

Presently, after the separation of the commune, Nghia Hoa has only 6 hamlets, but in the minds of the people, this place is still the land of "Dai Van Thon" with Ca lagoon and Rong stream. The Party and the people are united, attached and strive together to build their homeland into one of the cultural and economic centers of Thai Hoa town.
