Eliminated a group of 13 people who specialized in breaking into people's houses to steal property

Information from Quynh Luu District Police said: The unit has just successfully eliminated a professional theft ring, arresting 13 subjects. Notably, many of these subjects are very young but have a loose lifestyle, partying, and disregard for the law.

Immediately after receiving the information, the district police leaders promptly established a special project to investigate and verify the case. After many days of active fighting, Quynh Luu district police arrested 13 subjects including: Ngo Xuan Dieu (born in 1985, residing in block 6, Cau Giat town); Tran Van Vinh (born in 1986, residing in Quynh Chau commune); Hoang Van Chung (born in 1993, residing in Quynh Tam commune); Le Quang Nam (born in 2002); Vo Van Tien (born in 2004); Ho Van Hieu (born in 2005), all residing in Quynh Hoa commune; Thai Van Tri (born 2003), Tran Van Quang (born 2002), Ho Sy Thuyen (born 2003), Cu Xuan Tung Duong (born 2005), Tran Van Manh (born 2004), Nguyen Minh Chien (born 2004), Tran Van Quy (born 2004) all reside in Quynh Thanh commune.
During the investigation, the above subjects admitted to committing 10 thefts in and outside the district from May 2019 to August 2020. The police recovered cash and property including: 3 9999 gold rings, 2 gold earrings, 11 mobile phones, 1 tablet, 1 motorbike, 450 bicycle sprockets, 1 cement tile mold cover, 2 excavator drive shafts, 1 grinder, 8 million VND in cash with a total property value of about 150 million VND returned to the victims.
Police also seized many tools used for theft such as pliers, scissors, and hammers.
Currently, the district police haveprosecute8 subjects, 5 subjects administratively handled (because the subjects were not old enough to bear criminal responsibility); at the same time, continue to investigate and expand the project./.
